Many churches want or require their ministries to train interns, but no one really talks about how that is done. This resource takes the guesswork out of short-term internships. Included are ways to plan for, train, and meet with your intern. While this resource was used for a summer internship model, these ideas and file can easily be adapted or expanded upon to be for a longer or shorter program.
