This fast and furious word game will have your students talking, working together, laughing, and begging for more. It's simple to explain and challenging to play. The game works like this: students compete against the clock to see how many words they can make from the given letters. Words must have 3 or more letters to count. 

Wordsy works as an individual competition (on Zoom) or it works great with small groups. Divide your students into groups of 3-5.  Give the students something to write with and something to write on.  Then, start the timer and show the first set of letters. When the time is up, see who came up with the most words. It works best to increase the time as the number of letters increase.

The game has 15 rounds; 5 four-letter slides, 5 five-letter slides, and 5 6-letter slides.
