In this resource, you'll get quick practical coaching for awesome volunteers with four 5-7 minute training videos that will get your group discussing ways to be awesome leaders to teenagers. Send them to leaders via email, show them in a leader meeting, or just use the content to teach yourself. We created an 8-month scope and sequence of training we feel would help all leaders to visit and revisit every year. These are the first four videos in the series. An editable handout for your leaders is included for each video.
