You have a lot to do. This set of spreadsheets have been created by youth workers who needed to address a need youth ministry. Hopefully they can now benefit you and save you some time.
Ministry Calendar: This monthly calendar template allows you to enter the year, the month you want to start. It includes a table where you can fill in events so they populate the calendar as well as spots where you can directly enter events on dates. It's formatted to export as .pdf files to be printed.
T-Shirt Counter: This simple but super valuable spreadsheet helps you keep track of every person's shirt size, then calculates total numbers for each size and total shirts you will need to order. Use it to make your order, and then pull the sheet back out when it's time to hand out the shirts.
Pizza Calculator: It's the age old questions: How many pizzas do I order for my group, and where do I order from? Drawing from years of experience and the collective thoughts of youth workers around the world, we have formulated the perfect pizza equation. Enter your anticipated attendance (including notes on those with gluten or dairy issues), and you'll get the number of pizzas you need to order. Then click on the link included that will take you to a Google Maps link to show you the area restaurants you can order from.
