You like game. You play lots. You have fun.

Your group will love this catchphrase-style word guessing game with a caveman twist. The twist here is that the describer can only use one-syllable word clues. They have to talk like a caveman. So for example, if the keyword on the screen is ""stork,"" the describer can only use one syllable of words clues to describe it to the people facing away from the screen. The describer might say “bird that bring small kid.” If the keyword is deodorant, the describer might say: “put on pit to stop stink.” If the describer uses a word with more than one syllable, their team loses a point.

As always with these types of games, have the guessers face away from the screen, while the describer faces the screen.

With this purchase, you get two PowerPoint files for different styles of play:
• Multiple Keywords: In this version,  give the team 30-seconds to see how many of the three keywords for each round they can get in that time. Keep track of each team’s points to see who wins.
• Single Keyword: In this simplified version, have one person see how fast they can get their team to guess the one keyword. To make it competitive, you could give each team one minute, and have the timer count down while the teams guess. The team that runs out of time first, loses.

MAKE IT VIRAL: Get those kids pulling out their phones and recording this one. Have someone from the other team stand next to the describer, if they say a word with more than one syllable, hit them with something soft, like a pillow or balloon. Make it crazy and increase the pressure by having a whipped cream pie waiting to smash in the face of someone who says a word with more than one syllable!
