People sometimes idealize serving in youth ministry, because it seems fun. It is best to let them know right up front what the expectations are. That means you have to have expectations! This packet was designed to guide prospective youth leaders through a training meeting and to be reviewed together. If they are still interested after hearing what it is expected, you can have them fill out the application and sign consent for a security background check.
