Each of us have memorials in our own lives: grave sites, pictures, or maybe heirlooms. Some memories go deeper than tokens as we tell the stories of those relationships shared with others. Just as Joshua led the Hebrews to create stones of remembrance of God’s mighty power, so too does God urge each of us to live as living stones of remembrance to tell of God’s actions in our lives. The focus of this message centers on three parts of Joshua, chap-ter 4 where God calls Joshua to set up stones of remembrance for the Hebrews to remind them of God’s mighty acts.
