Details
“Sound Mind” is a four-week teaching series about mental health through the book of Psalms. Its purpose is to destigmatize mental health in the church and show students practical things they can do today to have a sound mind. God designed our bodies to heal through common grace tools AND clinging to His presence and His Word.
Each week takes a practical, trauma-informed, gospel-centered look at the Psalms, exploring the depths of lament, the importance of preaching to oneself, asking for help, realigning priorities, and addressing vices that are holding humanity back from having a sound mind.
