This resource offers simple, one-sentence job descriptions for 24 different areas of a typical youth ministry (i.e. games, media, small groups, etc…). In addition, there are 4-5 bullet points under each job that identifies what the "win" is for each of those positions. In a ministry, which is heavily dependent on volunteers, it is life-changing to have clearly defined expectations up front, and the ability for volunteers to critique their own performance. Again, a huge time-saver for a leader who wants to help others win!
