Will your group play it safe with their resolutions, or will they take a risk? Help them decide... once and for all!

Details

Put a fun spin on the New Year’s resolutions with this game! Each pair of slides presents a choice:

  • Choose to do the “Resolution” presented on the screen, or
  • Commit to doing a mysterious “Risk” without knowing what it is beforehand.

Each “Risk” is a unique twist to its related “Resolution,” but your group will have to find out whether the twist is easier or harder than its counterpart!

Here are a few different ways to play:

  • Individual Challenges - Invite a student or leader for each round. Offer a small prize (like candy) for successfully completing a Resolution or Risk.
  • Guys vs. Girls - Alternate rounds between guys and girls to see which group completes more challenges.
  • Students vs. Leaders - Alternate rounds between students and leaders to earn some epic bragging rights!
  • Group Challenges - Looking to REALLY harness some energy? Have your entire group stand up, and vote which Resolution or Risk they'll do TOGETHER!

However you choose to play, this game is guaranteed to be a blast as your group jumps into the New Year!

This Resource Includes:

  • Complete PowerPoint game file
  • Individual (20 Q's (10 resolutions, 10 risks) + instructions + end slide) game slides (jpeg files)
  • Title slide (jpeg files)

About this Product
This game shines when you have different personalities engaging each round. Invite someone super adventurous for one round and have a more reserved student come up for another. Your group might just be surprised who will be rewarded for keeping it safe with a "Resolution," and others who commit to the "Risk"!
