We all face adversity and experience difficulties. There are times when we feel we have been dealt a bad hand or when we believe God is silent or absent. Jesus' challenge to His disciples (and to us) is to pray and never give up.

Details

We all face adversity and experience difficulties. There are times when we feel we have dealt with a bad hand or when we believe God is silent or absent.

Jesus knew we would encounter situations that are difficult and require us to persevere. In the Parable of the Persistent Widow in Luke 18, the widow was found righteous by her persistent pursuit of righteousness. So, too, is the disciple of Jesus to be found faithful in pursuing righteous action and persistence in prayer.

In this message, students are challenged to faithfully pursue God's calling on their lives for righteousness and to never give up on the things of God.
