Students don’t usually have warm and fuzzy feelings when they think about evaluation. The word brings up images of red pens, bad grades, and seeing the teacher after class. But as leaders, it’s one of the most important things we can do. It keeps our impact strong and our teams unified. Evaluation grows us. This lesson is designed to give students a healthy perspective on evaluation and tools to evaluate their own leadership and team leadership. This lesson also dives into the personal evaluation that the Apostle Paul lays out in Galatians to determine how we are living in or contrary to the Spirit.
