Homecoming proposals will not be outdone by promposals! Hoco proposals have become just as popular and continue to be more creative (and sometimes more ridiculous) every year. This icebreaker screen game will challenge students to decide which phrases were used in real-life hoco proposals and which ones were made up. Can your students lock up the answers the way these proposals try to lock up a date for homecoming?
This Resource Includes:
- Complete PowerPoint game file
- Individual (11 Q&A + instructions + tiebreaker) game slides (jpeg files)
- Title slide (jpeg file)

About this Product
This icebreaker is best used as a crowd or stage game. As a crowd game, have students give a thumbs up if they think the phrase was used in an actual Hoco proposal or a thumbs down if they think it was made up. Students will then sit down when they get it wrong until the last person is standing. As a stage game, have students go head-to-head guessing which promposals were real and which ones were made up. Best out of 11 questions wins.
