This four-week game challenge is scalable for any size ministry! Every fall we launch the Food Olympics as a massive inviter series. We built this four-week event so that everyone would feel included, welcomed, and excited to take part in this epic battle.

Points are awarded for winning each event, but also for creativity, inviting friends, and more! We've found this included all types of people not just the cool kids.

We took our team and created our own Olympic Opener video. You can just use an iPhone or if you have a professional you can use them. This creates a little hype at the Opening Ceremonies.

We had a leader per country. Their job was to keep track of their points, invited friends, etc. They submitted their notes at the end of every week.

Finally, if possible, have an adult leader team. We took our extra volunteers and created a team to compete against the students. Surprisingly, they weren't as good as they thought.

I know this will be a month your students, like ours, get excited for every Fall!
