Failure is one of those things that leaders need to know what to do with. When buried, hidden, or blamed on others, failure has the potential to really poison a student's influence and prevent him/her from taking risks in the future. But when dealt with honestly, embraced, and used as a way forward, failure can be one of the best things that happens in a leader's life. This study will take a look at the failure that Joshua and Caleb experienced when they couldn't convince the Israelites to go into the promised land.
