A screen game where students attempt to tell which city slogans are real and which ones are not.

Details

Every city needs a slogan, but some cities are better than others when it comes to crafting the perfect sentence to describe their town. Can your students tell which of these city slogans are real and which ones are not?

Use this game to introduce the location of this year's mission trip, as an opener for a series on taking the gospel to ""Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the Earth"", or as a quick and easy icebreaker to get kids moving and thinking.

You can play this game in several ways:
• All-Play Movement Game: Have the audience move to the side of the room that matches their guess.
• Elimination Mode: Like the all-play movement version, but those who get an answer wrong have to sit down.
• Up-Front: Bring some contestants upfront and have them compete head-to-head.

This Resource Includes:

  • Complete PowerPoint game file
  • Individual (12 Q&A + instructions) game slides (jpeg files)
  • Title slide (jpeg file)

About this Product
If you run the game as an elimination game it raises the stakes a little bit and gets kids more involved, but be sure to do a practice round or two before you start eliminating!
