Turkey and ham; mashed and sweet potatoes; pumpkin and apple pie: All these Thanksgiving foods have one thing in common: calories. Students will choose between two food items to guess which Thanksgiving food has more calories.

Details

Thanksgiving is the feast of abundance, and with it comes an abundance of calories! This game pits popular Thanksgiving food items against each other to see which food contains more calories.

This game works as a fun way of inserting holiday fun into your youth ministry with a simple premise. The resource comes with both video and still versions of each question so you can run the game at your own pace. It works either as an up-front game with contestants facing off, or a crowd game with students moving to the side of the room they believe to be the correct answer.

This Resource Includes:

  • Complete PowerPoint and ProPresenter game files
  • Individual (11 Q&A + instructions) game slides (jpeg and mp4 files)
  • Title slide (jpeg file)
