Let's face it, we have all received some pretty bad advice. Whether it comes from a friend, a parent, or a TikTok video, some advice is clearly worse than others.

In this screen game, students will see a series of slides with two pieces of random terrible advice. They have to move to the side of the room corresponding to the advice you think is worse.

It is recommended that this game is used with a screen to play. However, the host could easily read the statements aloud without the use of a screen, as well.

You can play this game in-person or online, and either as an up-front game, having students argue which is worse, or an all-play game where students move to different sides of the room based on their guesses.

It's a great introductory-bit to messages on wisdom or friendships.

Be prepared for a lot of laughs and awkward groans as you and your group seek to determine which stories are real, and which ones are fake!

This Resource Includes:

  • Complete PowerPoint game file
  • Individual (10 rounds + Instructions) game slides (jpeg files)
  • Title slide (jpeg file)
