Maybe it's on May the 4th, or maybe you just like galaxy far, far away. Either way, use this 5-minute countdown to start your event, you must!

Inspired by the famous ""opening crawl"" of each movie in the series, this countdown will let your students know exactly how long they have until things are supposed to get started. 

It even has it's own galaxy-inspired soundtrack, but you might find it's even cooler to mute the audio and play your own songs from the Star Wars soundtrack.
