As you know a youth worker’s job never ends! There’s always another student to visit, another event to plan, another lesson to prepare, another leader to develop, another school to visit, another book to apply… and the list goes on. Any youth worker can be busy, but only a few are able to learn to balance ministry, personal, and family demands. A pursuit of balance is a pursuit of health. I want to help you pursue health! I wanted to give you a time management tool that’s helped me navigate my priorities within a reasonable pace. I call it My Roles and Goals sheet and it has been the most helpful tool I used in my 30+ years as a youth pastor. Anyone who has ever worked with me would not refer to me as a time management guru… but they would tell you that I can get things done while keeping the main things the main things. Why? Because I’ve gleaned wisdom from several time management experts and learned to implement their principles. What I’m about to show you has saved me from burning out, professionally, spiritually, and relationally. This Resource Includes:
