Details
This is a fun, upfront game where students are asked to make up definitions for different words while the other students have to guess the correct definition. You will show the word on the screen, three students will be given a certain amount of time to write a fake definition and then have them turn it in. You will have previously written the correct definition on a slip of paper. You could let them see the actual definition so they can know the length of a good definition. Shuffle the answers with the correct definition. Read them aloud and have the crowd choose their choice of what they believe is the real definition. You can have all the students in the crowd raise their hand for each answer they think is correct. Either credit one point per round to the student whose definition receives the most votes that round, or you can credit them a point per hand raised.
