I never got my email after my purchase …
For starters, the spam monster probably ate it! Please check your junk mail folder, but basically this depends on the security settings on your spam filter. We do our best to format the email, but sometimes it doesn’t make it through some spam filters. However, there is a silver lining, you can always login to your account to get the download link of current and past purchases.
My zip file doesn’t unzip …
Usually this happens because the file didn’t download all the way. Sometimes your computer thinks it finished downloaded, but not all the info made it from our server to your computer. Try downloading it again. If it still doesn’t work let us know and we will help make sure you get your product.
Can I still get my download if I lost my email?
Yes, you can can always login to your account by clicking the account button in the main navigation. Once your are logged in, you will be able to view all past purchases and download all purchased products.
My promo code isn’t working …
Argh. Sorry about that! Sometimes the promo codes expire and are no longer valid… other times it has to with the specific cAPitalIZaTiON of the word in your promo code. Either way, if you think the issue is our bad, just shoot us a quick note below and we’ll get you all fixed up.
My order didn’t go through …
Unfortunately, PayPal (who we use to process the credit cards) doesn’t tell us why your order was rejected, but it’s usually because the address you are using for your account doesn’t match the address associated with your credit card. Match up the address and give it another try. Also, if a rejected payment shows up on your credit card statement, don’t worry, it will be removed automatically within 72 hours depending on your bank or card.
We will do our very best to get back with you ASAP… we almost always respond within 48 hours from your request.
